Tom Judge

Tom Judge is President of Southern California Youth Rugby and a long-time advocate for youth development through sport. He is deeply involved in growing the game of rugby across Southern California, working to create accessible, structured, and values-driven pathways for young athletes.

Alongside his leadership in rugby, Tom is a strategic brand and marketing partner to organizations across sport, fitness, and performance. Through his work, he helps build and scale programs, products, and services through clear positioning and visual storytelling.

Tom is also an active coach, working directly with youth players and families, and believes strongly in the role sport plays in building confidence, resilience, and community. He lives in San Diego with his wife and two sons, both of whom play rugby.
